About

Hey there, my name is Jen. Creepy, spooky, a little cute, and sometimes the macabre have been a part of me for a long time. I grew up watching all the shows about aliens, the supernatural, cryptids, etc., and haven't stopped believing that ghosts are real. I have also been drawing, creating and dreaming since I was a child. Fiber arts became a passion of mine while working towards my BFA when I realized I loved the intimacy and texture of fiber crafts. 

Then in 2021 it seemed a natural fit, when my love of cross stitch sparked into an obsession, that I should bring these two interests together. I started making my own patterns as a way to expel creative energy and share my love and perspective with others who enjoy the spookiness of our world. 

When I'm not stitching and designing, I'm spending time with my daughter and husband, lovingly yelling at my cat, Minnie, and yearning to explore while despairing of the MN winter weather where I call home.
